""A very close call this as there are some outstanding commercial venues in the North. However the quality of sport, welcoming atmosphere, great facilities, and sheer variety of waters leads me to suggest Partridge Lakes as being the most outstanding commercial venue of the year. The Covey match lakes on the Partridge complex have dominated the Kamasan Points table over the last two seasons as they produce mega consistent weights. Pleasure anglers have lots of choice across canals and pools full of easy to tempt fish, as well two dedicated specimen carp pools on the Holbar complex, and if you really want something special you can pay extra to fish the exclusive Gold Lake.
An immaculate venue with a top café too, so hats off to Dave Ikin and his hard working bailiffs Mel and Nel for giving anglers exactly what they want!""
