Angler of The Season

This is a new way of finding out and recognising who is the best of the best on the Partridge Lakes matches.

We have gathered the data from our weekly matches, put them into categories to show you which anglers have championed each month and the season.

The categories are as follow:

• – Angler of the season –

The angler of the season will be awarded to the angler with the most match wins over the season. We are going to be announcing the angler of winter 2022, which is the angler with the most match wins combined through December, January, February.

• – Angler of the month –

Angler of the month – Angler of the month is the angler who has won the most matches that month, this can be OAP/Disabled, OPEN matches, Winter Leagues or big money qualifiers. If anglers at the top tie at match wins, the angler of the month will be the highest overall combined match winning weight.

• – Best individual weight of winter and month –

The best individual weight of the month is just the best individual weight in any match over that match.

• – Most OAP/Disabled matches won in winter and month –

OAP/Disabled angler of the month is the angler who has won the most Partridge lakes OAP/Disabled matches. Again if there is a tie on number of match wins the winning angler will be decided on overall combined match winning weight.

• – Most OAP/Disabled matches won in winter and month –

OAP/Disabled angler of the month is the angler who has won the most Partridge lakes OAP/Disabled matches. Again if there is a tie on number of match wins the winning angler will be decided on overall combined match winning weight.

• – Best individual OAP/Disabled weight of winter and month –

• – Most OPEN matches won in winter and month –

Open match angler of the month is the angler who has won the most Partridge lakes OPEN matches. Again, if there is a tie on number of match wins the winning angler will be decided on overall combined match winning weight.

• – Most OPEN matches won in winter and month –

Open match angler of the month is the angler who has won the most Partridge lakes OPEN matches. Again, if there is a tie on number of match wins the winning angler will be decided on overall combined match winning weight.

• – Best individual OPEN weight of winter and month –

The Angler of the season receives a ‘Partridge Lakes Match Angler Of Winter 2023’ personalised hat which they can wear with pride.

This is all for healthy competition and for bragging rights, just to clarify you wont be winning a new Guru Aventus Pole!!
