Partridge Lakes reserves the right to suspend any account if it is deemed that you have failed to comply with these terms of service.

Terms & Conditions of supply

 

Delivery

The cost of delivery and estimated delivery times are displayed at the checkout page. Please note that delivery charges may vary from time to time.

Goods will be delivered to the address specified at the checkout page.

Goods (and risks to them) will become your responsibility from the time we deliver the goods to the address you gave us (or otherwise in accordance with your delivery instructions).

 

Refunds and returns

Unwanted goods

To make a return/exchange from an online order, you must contact us by email (info@partridgelakes.co.uk) or phone (01925 767505) within 14 days of receipt whereupon approval be given. All returns must be post-marked and sent to Partridge Lakes within 3 days of receiving authorisation for the return. If the item is post-marked past the 3 days allowed or does not have the authorised returns number, it will be refused and sent back to the customer (on payment of postage). The customer is responsible for bearing the cost of returning the goods.

All items being returned must be in their original condition with all tags in place and posted at the customer’s expense.

When returning goods by post obtain proof of postage to provide evidence that the goods have been shipped.

Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or incorrect items, you must report this to Partridge Lakes within 5 days of receiving the item.

Goods will only be exchanged or refunded when returned unused, without damage and in the original packaging and condition.

When returning goods by post, obtain proof of postage to provide evidence that the goods have been shipped.
