Opening Times

Partridge Lakes Fishery has seasonal opening times that vary throughout the year, so please check before you visit as opening hours vary with changing daylight hours. Our opening hours are currently 7:00 am until 8:00 pm. 


The Fishery Gates
7:00 am until 8:00 pm (please finish fishing & start to pack up at least 20 minutes before)

Monday – Sunday 7:00am until 4:30pm

As a Partridge Lakes gold member, you receive unlimited fishing year round, as well as exclusive access to Gold lake. Members can fish any day ticket water that is not in use for a match or being rested. Your twelve month membership can be paid in monthly instalments by standing order for £45 per month or as a discounted, upfront payment of £480 for the full years membership.

Please note that on weekends during the summer months, Holbar is unavailable to Gold Members due to high demand. You can still fish Holbar during the week in summer.

We recommend that you purchase your DAY TICKETS online. If tickets are available on the day, you may purchase from the Tackle & Bait Shop. 

Fishery Gates open from 7:00 am until 8:00 pm. Cafe opening hours are 7:00am until 4.00pm Monday – Sunday. The Tackle & Bait shop is now open from 7am until 4pm every day. To order tackle and bait online, please CLICK HERE

Checks will be carried out on the banks for day tickets and EA Rod Licenses throughout the day.



All Juniors under 16 years MUST be accompanied by an Adult at all times.

Two keepnets, or more, must be used from the start in all Matches.
All keepnets to be placed drying on the bank behind your peg and not put in the water until 15 minutes before start of match.
A 66lb limit in each net with fish distributed evenly between nets.
No swinging fish in, a landing net must be used for every fish.
No bait to be thrown in after the Match. Bait Bins are Provided
No pole cups over the water before all in.
No fishing over aerator ropes.
Match official decisions are final.
Offenders will be disqualified.
You may trim any vegetation above the water’s surface, but do not pull any vegetation out of the water. No cleaning of the lake bed before the start of the match.
Please gather trimmed vegetation neatly on the bank.
If there is loose trimming from bailiff works, you may scoop it out with your landing net.
Barbless Hooks only (no crimped or de-barbed hooks).
No hooks larger than size 6 barbless.
No fixed leads they must be easy to eject if the fish becomes snagged.
No braided hooklinks. Coated braid ie: Korda NTrap is acceptable, as are mono hooklinks.
No braided mainlines (except on marker and spod rods).
Leadcore and Korda Dark Matter leaders are allowed but must be set up safely so the lead or hooklink can release if breakage occurs.
Rig Tubing is allowed
